Lei nº 9.529, de 27 de fevereiro de 2008.
Dispõe sobre a substituição do uso de saco plástico de lixo e de sacola plástica por saco de lixo ecológico e sacola ecológica,  e dá  outras providências.
PAY ATTENTION! Esta lei entrou em vigor e quem infringir a lei poderá ser multado , mas o consumidor poderá  pagar o valor R$ 0,19 por cada sacola plástica utilizada. Cada um de nós podemos ajudar o planeta se nos habituarmos a utilizar a sacola retornável, também chamada de "Ecobag" por apenas R$ 1,98.
